RN-Owned & Operated — Compassionate Care You Can Trust
Getting Started

Admissions at
Serenity Springs

We know this is one of the most important decisions your family will make. Our admissions process is designed to be clear, compassionate, and unhurried — so you can feel confident every step of the way.

The Process

How Admissions Works

Five simple steps from first contact to move-in day.

01

Initial Inquiry

Call or send us a message to introduce yourself and your loved one. We'll have a warm, no-pressure conversation about their needs, your questions, and whether Serenity Springs might be a good fit.

02

Schedule a Tour

We invite you to visit our home in person. See the rooms, meet our owner, and get a feel for the environment. Families often say this visit gives them the peace of mind they were looking for.

03

Care Assessment

Our RN owner will conduct a thorough assessment of your loved one's medical history, current needs, and personal preferences. This helps us determine if we can provide the right level of care.

04

Paperwork & Agreement

Once we've confirmed a good fit, we'll complete the required Washington State AFH paperwork, review the residency agreement, and finalize all details together.

05

Move-In & Transition

We work closely with your family to make the transition as smooth and comfortable as possible — coordinating with physicians, reviewing medications, and personalizing the room.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How many residents do you accept?

We are licensed for up to 6 residents. This intentionally small size allows us to provide truly individualized, attentive care to every person in our home.

Do you accept Medicare or Medicaid?

Adult family homes in Washington State are primarily private-pay. We recommend contacting us directly to discuss your specific financial situation and explore all available options.

What is the monthly cost?

Our all-inclusive monthly rate covers room, meals, personal care, medication management, and all services. Please contact us directly for current pricing — rates vary based on level of care needed.

Can residents bring their own furniture?

Yes! We encourage residents to personalize their space with meaningful items — photos, small furniture, bedding, and décor that make them feel at home.

Are family visits welcome?

Absolutely. Family involvement is something we deeply value. Visits are welcome, and we encourage families to stay connected and involved in their loved one's care.

What happens if care needs increase over time?

Our RN owner continuously monitors each resident's health and adjusts care plans as needs evolve. We work hard to support residents through changing needs so they can remain in our home.
